Pluto, the princely Florida kitty, has been urinating outside his litter box and is excessively licking his belly and the inside of his back legs. His mom knows something is wrong with her handsome boy, but she is on a fixed income and does not have the money to take him to a vet.
Pluto will need an exam, urinalysis, medications, possibly bloodwork, and x-rays to determine the cause of his medical problem. The estimate is between $369.00-600.00, depending on what Plutoβs veterinarian recommends. Though a few hundred dollars may not seem much to some, to this family, it would mean they could not pay their utility bills this month.
Plutoβs mom cannot work; she had to quit her job in 2019 to look after her elderly mother, who has several medical issues. Plutoβs mom was denied by care credit due to lack of income and with the recent increase in the price of necessities, they are struggling just to make ends meet.
Urinary tract infections, if left untreated, can lead to urinary blockage, which could become fatal. Please help this handsome prince get the medical care he desperately needs.
