WHY HAS VETERINARY CARE DRAMATICALLY INCREASED IN THE LAST FEW YEARS? π
We are often asked about the variant cost of veterinary care for the pets we help. Depending on where the pet owner lives and where the veterinary clinic or hospital is located plays a huge factor in the price we pay for their services. Veterinary care in larger cities is much higher than in rural areas.
This is what donations do!
Help us save the lives of pets whose families are responsible pet owners but do not have the funds for unexpected veterinary emergencies that can run into thousands of dollars.
What is the Human-Pet Connection?
The bond between a pet and its owner can be one of the strongest relationships in a personβs life. Pets rely on their owners to keep them safe, fed and loved. In return, pets show loyalty, listen to problems, encourage owners to exercise, and provide unmatched companionship.

The Emergency Fund is vital to our mission. We do not have the time or resources to fundraise for every pet we help. Some pets need help now and cannot wait a few days for us to fundraise for them. The Emergency Fund supports these pets.
Last week we helped three kitties with their urgent care; Cosmo, Precious, and Bella. These kitties would have suffered if we had not had the resources to help them.

The Tender Loving Care Fund will support non-urgent medical care such as follow-up appointments, including bloodwork, x-rays, and urinalysis for pets that require a veterinary prescription diet or medications to control their ongoing medical conditions.
